About The Mountain

he Mountain on MastersRoad was established in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, when we witnessed the overwhelming needs of our community. Since then, The Mountain has been committed to meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of families in Brazoria County and beyond.
Each year, we host the Mountain Back 2 School Bash, serving over 2,000 students with backpacks, shoes, and school supplies. Our Diaper Day Bank provides a month’s supply of diapers to 200–250 children each month, and our food pantry, The Well, serves around 600 families weekly with groceries, prayer, and encouragement.
In 2025, we launched The Mountain Food Bank, allowing us to operate independently and expand our reach—giving us the freedom to provide not only food, but also spiritual care through prayer and community support.
The Mountain Community Garden also plays a vital role, offering classes and hands-on opportunities for neighbors to plant, learn, and share in the harvest together.
Located in Manvel, TX, The Mountain on MastersRoad is more than a nonprofit—it is a community of hope, serving thousands of families each year with compassion and faith.
