Short-Term Missions
This summer, we’ll host short-term mission teams locally, modeled after the LA Dream Center. Volunteers will support our initiatives and partner with other nonprofits. Churches can register below.
Toiletries Partnership
Partnering with The Well, we aim to provide toiletries, including toilet paper, monthly. Businesses can sign up to sponsor a month and specific items. If you know someone who can help, direct them to the link below.
Washers & Dryers Initiative
Thanks to a small grant, we will deliver sets of washers and dryers to those in need. We’re actively seeking additional funding to expand this effort further. We are leaving the application open for a while in hopes more funding will come in. That application link is below.
The Mountain on MastersRoad is a non-profit organization that aims to help people overcome obstacles by meeting their needs and focusing on a life of freedom.
Reflecting on 2024
The Well Food Pantry
The Well Food Pantry distributed over 1 million pounds of food, serving 7,936 individuals from 2,388 families. With repeat visits factored in, there were an astounding 80,805 visits.
The Garden
The Mountain Community Garden grew over 2,000 pounds of fresh produce, blessing the garden crew, The Well Food Pantry, and The Alvin Food Pantry. Alongside this, many learned about God’s creation through hands-on experience.
Back 2 School Bash
The Back 2 School Bash equipped 1,158 local students with quality backpacks, school supplies, clothes, and shoes, ensuring they started the school year strong.
The Diaper Day Bank
The Diaper Day Bank distributed approximately 125,000 diapers, along with period supplies, wipes, and hygiene items.
Car Giveaways
Car Giveaway: We were able to gift a single mom and a young teacher with vehicles, helping meet critical transportation needs.
Carseat Event
The Mountain Carseat Event partnered with Community Health Network, Manvel PD and Texas Children's to teach parents how to install their carseats and 15 kids received safe car seats.
School Partnerships
Communities in Schools and CarePortal- We partnered with Pearland and Alvin ISD to meet needs as well as CarePortal.
