Reflecting on 2025

As we reflect on 2025, we are filled with gratitude for all that God has done through The Mountain on MastersRoad and for the role you played in making it possible. We are deeply grateful for what God is doing through you. As we step into 2026, we do so with faith, momentum, and expectancy for what lies ahead. None of this work would be possible without your generosity and partnership.

This past year, your support allowed us to make a meaningful and measurable impact throughout our community.

The Well Food Pantry distributed more than 1 million pounds of food while undergoing one of the most significant transitions in our organization's history. We launched The Mountain Food Bank, expanded access to nutritious foods, offered breakfast and optional prayer to guests, and created a more guest-centered experience that restores dignity while meeting basic needs.

The Mountain Community Garden continued providing fresh produce for The Well while launching its first homeschool gardening program, welcoming 22 mothers and their children for hands-on learning focused on stewardship, nutrition, and God's creation.

Back 2 School Bash served 2,000 local students with quality backpacks, school supplies, clothing, and shoes through the generosity of churches, businesses, volunteers, and community partners working together.

Diaper Day Bank distributed approximately 300,000 diapers, along with wipes, hygiene products, and period supplies. Through partnerships with the National Diaper Bank Network, Baby2Baby, and the generous support of the Moody Foundation, we were able to provide essential resources to families throughout our community.

The Period Supply Initiative launched in partnership with Community Foundation Women Building Community and now provides essential period supplies each month to 100 women, helping address period poverty with dignity and compassion.

The Tennis Shoes for Teachers Initiative provided 170 pairs of quality athletic shoes to educators, encouraging those who invest daily in the lives of local students.

Our Car Seat Initiative, in partnership with Baby2Baby, the Manvel Police Department, and the Moody Foundation, provided car seats and safety education to help keep children safe while traveling.

Through partnerships with Communities in Schools and CarePortal, we responded to urgent needs for students and families across local school districts, ensuring practical support reached those who needed it most.

Our Internship Program welcomed six interns who gained valuable ministry experience, leadership development, and opportunities for spiritual growth while serving alongside our team.

Thank you for making each of these initiatives possible. Every meal served, every diaper distributed, every student equipped, every family encouraged, and every life impacted reflects the faithfulness of God working through generous partners like you. Together, we are restoring dignity, building hope, and helping people overcome obstacles by meeting needs and focusing on a life of freedom.
