Reflecting on 2024

This past year, thanks to your generous contributions and faithful support, we were able to make an incredible impact across our community:

The Well Food Pantry: Distributed over 1 million pounds of food, serving 7,936 individuals from 2,388 families. Including repeat visits, that’s an astounding 80,805 visits throughout the year.

The Mountain Community Garden: Grew over 2,000 pounds of fresh produce, benefiting our garden crew, The Well, and the Alvin Food Pantry — and teaching countless people about God’s creation through hands‑on experience.

Back 2 School Bash: Equipped 1,158 local students with backpacks, school supplies, clothing, and shoes to help them start the school year strong.

Diaper Day Bank: Distributed approximately 125,000 diapers, along with period supplies, wipes, and hygiene products.

Car Giveaway: Donated vehicles to a single mom and a young teacher, addressing critical transportation needs.

Car Seat Event: Partnered with local organizations to teach car seat safety and provide 15 children with safe car seats.

Communities in Schools and CarePortal: Collaborated with local ISDs and CarePortal to help meet urgent family and student needs throughout the year.

Looking Ahead in 2025
We’re excited about the opportunities God has placed before us as we build upon the strong foundation laid in 2024:

Washers & Dryers Initiative: We’ve delivered five sets of washers and dryers this year and will expand as more funding becomes available.

Toiletries Partnership: Distributing essential toiletries monthly in partnership with The Well, with opportunities for businesses and groups to sponsor specific items.

Diaper Day Bank Expansion: Growing our partnership with the National Diaper Bank Network to secure more resources for diapers and period supplies — including new community challenges to raise awareness and support.

Short‑Term Mission Teams: We’re looking to start hosting local mission teams — inspired by the LA Dream Center — to support our efforts and collaborate with other nonprofits. If you’re interested, please reach out!

Supply 4:19: Expanding our truckload distribution program to serve more churches and ministries across the area.

Back 2 School Bash 2025: Expanding to two locations, with the goal of serving 2,000 students with school supplies and essentials.

The Mountain Community Garden: Increasing opportunities for families and volunteers to learn about nutrition, sustainability, and hands‑on gardening.

Car Seat Events: Expanding these vital safety events to more locations throughout the year.
